If you need to see a GP, we want to made that as simple as possible for you. Booking to see a private GP with Verve Healthcare is easy – simply click on the ‘Book Now’ button, select the best time and date for you, add some details, make your payment and get to join your virtual call at the time you selected.

It really is that simple.

Your 15-minute appointment will give you the time to describe to your doctor what you have been feeling, and for them to consider a diagnosis, any private prescriptions, sick notes (fit notes) and any follow-on steps.

You can discuss as much as you would like to during your appointment, with time to talk about broader relevant factors. We maintain the same confidentiality as you would expect from the NHS, but can also share your records with your NHS GP if you ask us to.

1. What services does Verve Healthcare offer?

We offer private, virtual video consultations in General Practice. All consultations are conducted by qualified, regulated healthcare professionals.

2. Do I need to register to use the service?

No registration is required before booking. However, you will need to provide some personal and health information at the time of booking to create a secure medical record.

3. How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked directly through our website. Simply choose the service, select a date and time, and complete the secure payment process.

4. Age restrictions

We provide consultations for individuals aged 16 and over. We do not currently offer services to children aged 15 or below.

5. What if I can’t find an appointment time that suits me?

If you can’t find an appointment time that works for you, please email us at info@vervehealthcare.co.uk with details of the type of appointment you’re seeking and your preferred date and time. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request and find a clinician or therapist to see you at your preferred time.

6. What if I miss my appointment?

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full fee. If you’re part of a corporate plan, one credit will be deducted.

7. Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation?

Yes. You may cancel or reschedule your consultation with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.

8. Can I choose the gender of my clinician?

Yes. You can select your preferred clinician gender when booking your appointment on our website. We will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

9. How do I pay for a consultation?

We accept debit/credit cards. Payments are securely processed via Opayo or Stripe at the time of booking.

10. Can I use this service in an emergency?

No. Verve Healthcare is not suitable for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department.

11. Are my medical records and personal data secure?

Yes. We comply fully with UK GDPR and the Data ProtectionAct 2018. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

12. Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details shortly after booking. Please note that this may not be immediate. If you haven’t received confirmation within one hour during the same business day, please contact us at info@vervehealthcare.co.uk.

13. What technical setup do I need?

You’ll need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space for your video consultation.

14. Do you provide services for businesses?

Yes. We offer corporate healthcare services with flexible terms. Please check with your employer or contact us directly for details.

15. Who regulates your services?

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

16. How do I provide feedback?
