We look at Employee Assistance Programmes slightly differently. Instead of waiting until an employee is unwell, we take a proactive and preventative approach. Our clinical tool can predict and identify those people at risk of manageable condition so we can intervene early before an employee requires a clinical intervention and time off sick. We call it proactive wellbeing.
Our digital platform invites employees to answer a series of questions about their physical and mental health. Their answers allow us to identify who may be at risk of illness, or other issues, and prevent this from impacting their wellbeing and effectiveness in the workplace.
If the survey flags there is an issue or a potential problem, we’ll intervene quickly with a tailored response. Some employees will be fine, others may benefit from structured self-help, and if a virtual consultation with a specialist is needed, we will provide it.

Step 1
Your employees are asked to take a short survey regarding their current physical and mental health.

Step 2
Our digital platform can identify those that may currently have an illness or other health problem, or those that may be at risk of developing one.

Step 3
This intervention will be either via online content or, if required a virtual consultation with a Mental Health Professional, Physiotherapist or GP.

Step 4
Our platform also provides you with simple reporting that allows you to take a temperature check as to the health of your workforce.
