This enables us to quickly uncover and address the health and wellbeing needs of your workforce and the requirements for your business. We will design our service to dovetail with these business requirements and we can carefully navigate any constraints. 
 
At the start of a new relationship, an ‘as is’ wellbeing assessment will take place. This is designed to highlight any early concerns and areas where focus may immediately be required. This assessment also creates a baseline against which progress towards agreed goals can be measured. Verve will be accountable for moving the workforce measures towards these goals, in partnership with you.
